Rok Skool has started its new year! We are currently enrolling students into all of our activities – so please get in touch if you would like to get involved. We are open 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) and we can arrange one-to-one or group lessons to fit your schedules. While our timetable has limited space currently, we are adding new lesson capacity over the term, so please contact us and we will get you started very quickly

Mondays - Vocals with Lisa

Glee Club: We still have spaces available for our fabulous Glee Club. This is a fun, sociable, group singing activity that meets from 4pm – 5pm. More information on our activities page. Listen here Rok Skool Glee Glub – So What

Vocal Coaching: Lesson space available for adults from 2-4pm.

Tuesdays - Instrumental / Band Sessions with Joe

No lesson space available currently but we do have a great band in need of a lead singer, a guitarist and a bassist. The band is suitable for 12-14 yr olds with 2+ yrs experience.

Wednesdays - instrumental / band sessions with Joe & Simon

Some limited lesson space available between 2pm and 4pm for adults.

Again, we have a couple of bands in need of some additional members. The first band are on the lookout for a guitarist or two aged 11 – 12 yrs and a keyboard player. For the second band, they are looking for a keyboard player and lead vocalist aged 14 – 15 yrs.

Thursday - Instrumental lessons with Simon and Vocals with Lisa

We have limited space available for vocal lessons from 6:30pm onwards.

We would like to start a second adult pop choir – so let us know if you are keen to be a founding member of The Thursdays (as opposed to The Mondays The Mondays – Rolling In The Deep.

Fridays - instrumental lessons and band sessions

Fully booked at the moment. We will be adding new spaces in a few weeks – so let us know if you are interested in more information.

Saturdays - instrumental & band sessions / vocal coaching

We have 2 or 3 lesson spaces available on Saturday afternoon – between 2pm and 4pm.

At the moment, we are fully booked for band sessions and instrumental lessons on a Saturday but we will be adding new lesson space shortly – so please contact us to get on our waiting list.

Summer School

Rok Skool’s Summer School will take place during the week running from Monday 25th July to Friday 29th July. Summer School will take place at our music studio at Bean Cafe on St. John’s Road from 10am to 3pm daily. All Rok Skool activities are designed to create a fun, musical experience for participants and our Summer School is perfect for both experienced musicians and vocalists as well as those who are keen to get started.
